A caravan holiday at Marton Mere Holiday Village combines stunning natural surroundings and classic coastal fun with the family. On park, expect to enjoy amazing activities, great entertainment and mouth-watering places to eat. And you'll only be 10 minutes away from the world-famous sites of Blackpool including the Pleasure Beach, Blackpool Tower and Illuminations.

 

Marten Mere is a lovely site that we are delighted to be able to offer holidays from. There are just under 400 caravans on the park and the site boasts a beautiful fishing lake -please note a rod licence is required prior to fishing.

• Segways

• Go Carts

Plus much more, go and have a wander around, there is bound to be something going on.

 

Live Entertainment can be found at the club complex, there are a variety of live acts on, with fun and games too. Please go to reception to get the full programme whilst you are here on site.

 

The park fully endorses the Sunflower scheme, please ask at reception should your family need additional support.

 

Things to do in the local area

Blackpool is absolutely full of things to do and is just a 10-minute drive from the centre so you really are spoilt for things to do including the following: -

 

• Blackpool pleasure beach

• Blackpool Tower

• The Sandcastle Waterpark

• Madame Tussauds

• The Sealife Centre

• The Grand Theatre

• The Model Village

Blackpool zoo is a 5-minute drive away and if you listen out on the decking you can often hear the animals calling out, such an amazing thing to hear and it is literally in walking distance for you all to enjoy.

 

Stanley Park is just around the corner and gives you an opportunity to enjoy a restful stroll away from the hustle and bustle of the centre.

 

There are lots of shopping opportunities in the area including Houndshill shopping centre in the heart of Blackpool or the Affinity shopping outlet in Fleetwood.

 

The Illuminations usually start in September and go right through until January so there are lots of opportunities for our families to enjoy this wonderful spectacle.

 

Fleetwood and Lytham St Anne's are both a short drive away and both have lots to do should you want to enjoy the quieter side of the coast.
